My husband and I used valet for our car and everyone was so nice and helpful. My husband paid our $75 fee. We headed up to our room where we walked into the best hotel rooms we've seen in a very long time. The king-size bed is very soft. The bathroom is modern-looking with a see-through shower. We have the city view room so you can see K Street from our sixth-floor room.

I stay here often for work. I switch between here and Hyatt Regency and I tend to gravitate towards this hotel more. It has a more personal and friendly atmosphere and the staff are excellent from valet to check in and the bar and restaurant. It is in a busy area right by golden one, so it does get loud during events at night and parking is only valet. Easy to get your car when needed with texting. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Overall, the best part is the location at the center of action and staff who from my experience are very accommodating and friendly, a rare trait in hospitality these days.

Paid 5 star rates for 1 star service. Dec 1 to 4th 2023. To summarize - house keeping did not tend to the room regardless of our repeated requests. It was a struggle to get towels and coffee cups, drag races outside that was loud and disruptive to sleep and the experience was not reflective of the price that was charged and the ratings that were reported in our decision making.

Very conveniently located in downtown. Valet staff was helpful and speedy. Front desk (Unique) was very kind and accommodating. Julia at The 7th Street Standard was phenomenal, just super friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was amazing! We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise, the room was very spacious and clean. We will be back next time because of the staff, nice rooms and delicious food!

Went down for Afterschock festival. Overall experience was excellent. Every employee I interacted with was very nice and accommodating. Food and drinks were stellar! Located near a ton of things to do. The only negative would be the scent that is pumped throughout the lobby is a little strong for my take. If I ever find myself in Sacramento again I would stay here

My room was huge! I had a beautiful corner room. Floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. My remote wasn't working for my tv. I called down stairs and they fixed it right away. Tech guy was polite and fixed my tv for me. Then I was missing wash cloths and hand towels. Where was the bar of soap? Body wash I guess, lol. They sent someone out asap to get me all missing items. I slept like a baby! Those pillows are amazingly comfortable! There is a train that runs by the hotel but I could barely hear it. I think it added to my great sleep light train sounds. Didn't hear it at night maybe I was sleeping too well.

The ambience and views are great! All the staff we met were personable and friendly, and Nichole truly elevated our experience here. The rooms are decorated so thoughtfully and it's close to everything in doco!

Very bothered by my stay in this hotel. My team and me stayed for 7 nights. They only cleaned our room once instead of every 2 days like they said they would. Our cleaning people set out alarm for 5:55am on 2 different occasions. One of the days being the morning off the biggest meet of the year. After alarm I couldn’t fall asleep again. AC lights are very bright and hard to sleep at night. Internet is horrible. Only one elevator is working, takes forever to get to 10th floor. On and on. On the end I would not recommend.
